Customers will be bound by Airport Elite Services terms and conditions when booking with us unless otherwise stated. Meet and Greet service does not guarantee entry/exit through passport control/immigration. Entry/exit to and from a country is at the sole discretion of the immigration/passport control officials of that country.

The company is an in direct service provider that facilitates Airport Assistance, Fast Track, Meet & Greet, VIP, Lounge and Chauffeur service/Per hour and kilometer in 1000 plus airports and in 195 countries worldwide. airporteliteservices.com do not provide any service directly. All services are booked subsequently with a third party vendor directly. airporteliteservices.com only act as an agent. All services booked through us you agree to these terms and these terms and conditions supersedes the third party vendor terms and conditions. The company has exclusive and legal rights to domain airporteliteservices.com and provide services only under these terms & conditions. Any variation of these terms & conditions is only made in writing on the company's letterhead and signed by the Director of the company. These terms & conditions construed in accordance with Indian law.
"Company", "Corporation", "We", "Us", or "Our" in these terms and conditions, refer to airporteliteservices.com / Mathers and Clark E-Services Private Limited. "You" in these terms and conditions refers to the individual person / company creating an account with Us and / or the customer booking a reservation through Us. "You", "Customer", "User" & "Service User" may be used interchangeably in these terms and conditions to refer to the person booking and / or using the service.
Services offered by Us are provided are facilitated through third party individuals / organizations (“Suppliers” or "Vendors"). There may be specific rules and policies in place at certain airports governing vendor / or Suppliers. By using services offered by Us, You agree to be bound by these specific rules and policies of the Airports. However, these terms and conditions for refund/cancelation/amendment supersedes vendor/supplier terms ad conditions. The company will make every effort to address request send by the client. However, The Company is not responsible for any delay in responding to the client enquiry.
Meet and Assist Terms and Conditions:
Meet and Assist is also called Meet and Greet or VIP airport service. Airport Elite Services do not provide the actual services directly. All services are provided by third party agent. Airport Elite Services act like an agent. Customers who buys the services from us are bound by the terms and conditions of service that is mentioned on our website (Terms & Conditions Page). Price of service varies from airport and terminal. All services booked through us on our website are strictly governed by these terms and conditions and supersedes all the terms and conditions of the actual third party service providers. The meet and assist service normally begins when the service staff of third party agent meets you and will normally ends when the service staff leaves you. For all services it is your responsibility to identify yourself to the service staff who will be waiting at the meeting point already informed to you via email with your name card board.
1/ It is the customer responsibility to locate and wait for the service staff at the specified meeting point communicated in the email. You must immediately contact Airport elite services team if you cannot locate the service staff. Failure to do so may result in a No-Show and NO refund will be made.
2/ It is customers responsibility to inform airporteliteservices.com if the flight is changed to a different flight number and/or a new carrier.
3/ Airporteliteservices.com will not be held liable if the immigration officials under any circumstance do not permit the agent to pass through the immigration counter. Fast track immigration rests at the sole discretion of airport authority.
4/ Bookings containing incorrect Customer details, flight details, terminal details and/or product selection may be considered void by Us or may result in service not being received by You.
5/ For departure services, it is your responsibility to book a time for your arrival at the airport that allows sufficient time (3 hours minimum before the flight departure time) for the service to take place and all procedures (check-in, security clearance, etc.) to be completed in good time for you to catch your flight. It is your responsibility to inform airport elite services 30 minutes before arriving at the airport, so that we can inform the service provider duty manager to make sure the agent greet you with your name sign board. You may inform us via email at supportdesk@airporteliteservices.com or via WhatsApp number that you receive in the booking confirmation email from us.
6/ You may contact us via email at supportdesk@airporteliteservices.com for any amendment or cancelation. Bookings with schedule service date of 7 days or more from booking date can be cancelled with a 50% service charge. Cancellation/No-Show within 7 days of service date will be charged in full. Amendment requests must be made in writing via email and is subject to extra charges depending on the availability.
7/ All our bookings are pre-paid and our services are strictly provided under our terms and conditions. Third part terms and conditions mentioned on the booking voucher will not be applicable, specially amendments, cancelation or refund.
8/ The bookings made through Us are not transferable. All services provided by Us are subject to availability.
9/ All booking related communications must be done with Airport Elite Services and not with the third party vendor (actual service provider) unless otherwise stated. Communicate via email at supportdesk@airporteliteservices.com or the contact number mentioned on the booking confirmation email.
10/ Upon completion of the service Airport Elite Services will send an email to you stating the reservation/booking has been successfully completed. This will act as a proof of service been rendered, as booked. We will also, mark the service completed on the PayPal portal.
11/ In exception cases, where management after reviewing the cancellation/refund requests decides to refund back. In such cases you will be informed formally and refund process will take up to 21 business days, from the decision made.
Elite VIP Meet & Assist Service Terms of use

All reservations (booking) of the Meet & Assist service (“Elite VIP
Service”) should be made online and paid at least twenty-four (48) hours prior
to your scheduled flight time.
· Passengers/Guests are encouraged to add and upload their flight PNR to facilitate efficient baggage tracking and delivery at the airport.
· · Bookings will be confirmed only upon successful payment and confirmation from Mathers and Clark E-Services. Confirmation of payment is required no later than forty eight (48) hours before the scheduled service time.
· You must ensure you provide the correct spelling of the name, age, and name of all passengers/guests as per their details in their official documents at the time of booking the Elite VIP Meet & Assist service. This helps you and your passengers/ guests to recognize names on the boards that Airports staff will display at the gates at the time of your arrival. In case any of the information is incorrect and passengers/guests fail to identify their names and are therefore not met at the gate, the full amount of the Meet & Assist service charges shall apply.
· Neither Airports nor Airport Elite Services shall be held responsible for incorrect information displayed as it is considered the sole responsibility of the passenger/guest to ensure that the correct details are provided.
· All reservations will be subject to availability and reconfirmation.
· In case the cancellation is made twenty-four (24) hours prior to flight time or before and the payment was made using an online payment method, a voucher will be issued which will be equivalent to the package or service category and the passenger/guest will be allowed to redeem the same package or service that was cancelled. The voucher can be used by the same account user within Six (06) months of the date of cancellation.
· For guests who require visas to enter the country, their original visas must be submitted to Airport Elite Services via email at supportdesk@airporteliteservices.com three (3) hours prior to the flight arrival time.
· Smoking in the VIP Lounge is illegal unless there is a smoking room available.
· Children under the age of three (3) years and accompanied by adults will be eligible to enter free of charge.
· Passengers/Guests below the age of sixteen (16) will be required to be accompanied by an adult however standard charges apply.
· Airport Elite Services reserves the right to edit, modify, and change these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the passenger/guest to ensure they are up to date with the latest Airport Elite Services terms and conditions by checking the website prior to booking.
· For security reasons, guests travelling to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand must board through their airline’s designated departure gate.
· Passengers/Guests shall ensure complying with airline and airport procedures and timelines.
· Check-in closes sixty (60) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. VIP passengers/guests utilizing the Elite VIP Meet & Greet Service must ensure adequate time is provided to complete the check-in process. Airport Elite Service and/or Airports shall not be liable for any refusal or denial of check-in by the operating airline. Final acceptance of the VIP passengers/guests for travel remains solely at the discretion of the operating airline.
· British Airways VIP passengers/guests are required to personally check-in at the airline counter in VIP Lounge for verification of their travel documents and baggage in accordance with the airline instructions.
· Departing passengers/guests will be escorted from the VIP lounge to the boarding gate forty-five (45) minutes before their flight’s departure time, or upon the flight’s gate opening, whichever comes earlier. Neither Airports nor Airport Elite Services shall be liable for any delays, disruptions or missed flights and may refuse to provide the Elite VIP service for non-compliance if passengers/guests fail to proceed after notification of the flight’s departure time or gate opening. The passengers/guests acknowledge and accept that the Elite VIP service do not guarantee boarding or on-time departure.
FAQ's
Q1) Why is there a need for the passenger/guest to
pre-register to book for Elite VIP Meet and Assist services?
A) All Elite VIP Meet & Greet passengers/guests are required to make a one-time registration. This is to screen the profile of the passengers/guests and ensure the privacy of the passengers/guests that use Elite VIP Meet & Assist services. At the time of registration, a few basic details are collected and reviewed by the membership team and processed within twenty-four (24) Hours. This information will be saved to make the passengers/guests future booking faster and easier.
If any passenger/guest wishes to book Elite VIP Meet & Assist service without registering (the admin can facilitate this), please note that in the event of cancellation, no voucher credit will be issued, as there is no account to which the voucher can be applied.
Q2) Does booking for Elite VIP Meet & Assist service entitle the passengers/guests to airline benefits such as upgrade and excess baggage allowances?
A) No, all airline preferences or special requests must be communicated directly and agreed directly between the airline and the passengers/guests. Airport Elite Services is not linked to any Airlines.
Q3) In case of cancellation, will the passenger/guest
be entitled for refund amount of the booking?
A) There will be no actual refund amount in the form of return of money.
However, in case the cancellation is made forty eight (48) hours prior to
flight time or before and the payment was made using an online payment method

Chauffeur Service Terms and Conditions:
1/ Airporteliteservices.com maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all it's vehicles
2/ Airporteliteservices.com and it's chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger (s)
3/ The charge for non-compliance is USD 600.00
4/ Additional charges are applicable for intercity rides and Seaport transfers
5/ Extra kilometers will be charged as mentioned on the package pages. After the complimentary waiting time, charges apply at an hourly rate as mentioned on the package pages
6/ Tariff includes vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and gratuity
7/ Complimentary waiting time for airport pick up is 45 minutes and 15 minutes for all others
8/ Additional 50% will be charged for schedule booked between 22:00 PM - 07:00 AM. The charge is included in the tariff
9/ Hourly hire has a 4 hours minimum hire, and daily hire is defined as 8 hours minimum hire per day. Hourly charges (as directed) include a 10ml/10km allowance per full hour unless stated or agreed otherwise

Airport Lounges Terms and Conditions:
1/ All Lounges are strictly non-smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes.
2/ Not all Lounge Facilities accept children, where children are permitted access to the Lounge Facilities, they must be accompanied in by a Customer over the age of eighteen years at all times.
3/ All specifications, descriptions, drawings, photographs and/or illustrations of the Lounge Facilities, and any advertising matter are only intended to serve as a guide and are not to be relied upon by the Customer.
4/ Airport Elite Services shall use it's reasonable endeavors to provide the Lounge Facilities during the hours advertised for each Airport, but reserves the right to vary the hours of operation without notice, or close the Lounge Facilities due to refurbishment, relocation or otherwise in which case a refund of the Charges will be made by us.
5/ Airporteliteservices.com shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of revenue or loss of business, howsoever arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or statutory duty or otherwise. Airporteliteservices.com does not exclude loss arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6/ Strict dress code must be followed by the visiting guests. The lounge staff reserves the rights of admission to any arriving guests. If the entry is denied for any reason, we shall not be held liable.
7/ Lounges are available for pre-booking only by the ticketed passengers.

In such scenarios, there will be no actual refund amount in the form of return of money. However, if airport elite services management decides, a voucher will be issued which will be equivalent to the package or service category and the passenger/guest will be allowed to redeem the same package or service that was cancelled. The voucher can be used by the same account user within Six (06) months of the date of cancellation.
You hereby fully indemnify The Company from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
